Menu February 27-March 5

Sunday: Appetizer meal: hummus with pita (LOVE this recipe), New recipe –cracklin’ cauliflower ~ we all loved this, spinach pie for Eleanore and Jason (previously homemade and frozen)

Monday: Turkey burgers, smashed dairy-free potatoes, corn (frozen from summer)

Tuesday: New recipe-Quinoa PuttanescaJason and I liked this one, but Eleanore wouldn’t eat it. Jason said it needed pork added. with whole wheat bread

Wednesday: Chili in the crockpot

Thursday: Homemade chicken and noodles ~ LOVE this recipe

Friday: Homemade pizza or take out

Saturday: General Tso’s Chicken, broccoli and brown rice (made with Trader Jo’s sauce)

Green smoothies~ currently loving spinach, frozen bananas, frozen blueberries and spirulina
New recipe –Sarah bars – I liked them, but Eleanore didn’t
Dairy free chocolate cupcakes?
