Sunday: Mother’s Day- I’m not cooking 😉 Either take-out from a local grinder place or grilling out

Monday: Pioneer Woman’s Chicken and Noodles baked pork eggrolls ~ a definite keeper recipe! We loved these, fried rice

Tuesday: penne pasta with pesto (frozen from summer) turkey sausage with onions, baked potatoes and roasted broccoli

Wednesday: burritos/tacos with sliced avocados

Thursday-Sunday: long weekend up North near Traverse City!
