Sunday: Father’s Day dinner at Frankenmuth’s Bavarian Inn

Monday: Tomato and Sausage Risotto with spinach

Tuesday: Julia’s French Onion Soup, but I’m using homemade chicken stock instead of beef (I know, sacrilege…) with homemade bread and salad lyonnaise (testing this recipe for a blogger writing a cookbook ~ really loving her recipes, so I can’t wait to share details once her testing is through!)

Wednesday: sloppy joes made with venison and pork, served with homemade hamburger rolls (take 2: too dense last time, I’m adding a bit more water and will let them rise a bit longer), carrot salad (testing this recipe as well)

Thursday-Saturday: We’ll be out of town to the drag race in Norwalk, Ohio and the Kalahari Waterpark
