Menu July 10-16th

Sunday: grass fed burgers with homemade buns topped with yogurt cheese/labneh, sauteed radish greens (saute in skillet with salt, garlic and olive oil)

Monday: Slow cooker pepper pork chops (halving the salt as some of the reviews suggested), either baked or old bay roasted potatoes

Tuesday: Baked salmon with cream and herbs, roasted carrots

Wednesday: butter chicken curry, brown rice, leftover roasted carrots

Thursday: homemade pizza with pepperoni and onions

Friday: spaghetti with meat sauce, broccoli

Saturday: heading out of town

Canning baked beans for our camping trip and the pantry
Prep topping for Berry camping cake
grandmother bread (using leftover whey from making ricotta last week ~ I froze it)
homemade bagels (this recipe rocks!) with yogurt cheese

Business trip for Jason for the weekend and camping next week!
