Menu August 7-13, 2011

Sunday: grilled pork chops, baked zucchini sticks with sweet onion dip

Monday: goat cheese and swiss chard pasta casserole (swiss chard from the garden). Subbing penne for the shells.

Tuesday: chicken milano with zucchini from garden over rice (need to post this recipe! It’s an old favorite)

Wednesday: Jalapeno Ginger Pork steaks, made with jalapeno jelly I canned last summer, baked crab rangoon using homemade yogurt cheese in place of the cream cheese, leftover rice

Thursday: grilled pesto and goat cheese sandwiches on homemade french bread and tomato soup

Friday: homemade pizza

Saturday: beef roast in the crockpot, with green beans from the garden

Tea party with cupcakes for 2
yogurt cheese and cucumber sandwiches
