Sunday: Shepherd’s pie (making extra mashed potatoes for tomorrow night’s dinner), broccoli from the garden

Monday: Ham, garden corn, sliced tomatoes, mashed potatoes

Tuesday: bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwiches on oatmeal sandwich bread

Wednesday: chicken fajitas with peppers, tomatoes and zucchini from the garden

Thursday: goulash (I only use 1 lb beef, a whole pepper and I throw in a bit of molasses), salad from the garden with tomatoes and homemade ranch dressing (following the tip in the comments to add lemon juice to milk to sub for the buttermilk)

Friday: homemade pizza

Saturday: beef roast in the crockpot, corn and tomatoes from the garden

Cherry Garcia ice cream
Canning peaches in a light syrup
candied jalapenos
